10 ways to #EnjoyMoreWater with @DrinkRobinsons and @BritMums

10 ways to #EnjoyMoreWater
“Drink?”

“Well, if I must.”

How many times have you said or thought something like that when it comes to having a drink to keep you properly hydrated? It can be difficult to get enough to drink each day. It is so important to drink plenty as so much of our body and natural functions rely on water to make them work and keep them in tip top condition. Not enough water can affect our concentration levels and our internal workings.

We were challenged by Robinsons to #EnjoyMoreWater. So how did we get on? Have a watch of our video below to see the 10 drinks we had during the day.

Water is found in just about every liquid so you don't just have to stick to plain water all the time. We've tried to mix it up with a variety of water, milk, juice, teas and of course a splash of Robinsons. The kids do like a milky brew every so often and I do use decaffeinated tea. There's also a great range of fruit teas, such as lemon and ginger, about now which are naturally caffeine-free.

Don't forget to keep away from high sugar drinks as much as possible. We included a small glass of apple juice. Any drinks like this we like to have only when having something to eat. If you are sipping liquid throughout the day then water is probably best for you but it can get a bit boring after a while.

The Robinsons Squash'd range is great while you are out and about to get some flavour into your water. The handy little squeeze bottle fits easily into bags and pockets so can be taken anywhere. With 20 flavours and no added sugar there's no excuse not to enjoy more water anymore.

What are tips for keeping hydrated throughout the day? Do you struggle to have enough drinks?
