As a little Christmas
present to you I gave you easy Sunday Snap last week for the
Christmas London Lights. Well done to Lori,
Rachel, Bex,
Nayna, Aby,
Mary Louise, Nichola,
Bek who all got the right
answer. The photograph was taken outside Selfridges on...
Oxford Street
For those of you wondering
the the sky really was that colour. There was no editing of the
photograph. Just a case of point and shoot.
Since I'm still full of
Christmas spirit I thought I would I would keep with the easy London
Christmas theme for this week. With New Year's Eve looming this
location has traditionally been a favourite gathering place to
welcome in the New Year. Not only is it large enough to accommodate
several thousand merry souls but crucially there's a clear view of
Big Ben for the all important midnight countdown. Oh, and each year
since 1947 a whopping great Christmas tree has been sent across from
Norway to be displayed in the middle. So the question for this week is:
Where in London is this
Christmas tree located?
If
you want to join in with this week's Sunday Snap then add your link
to the linky below. Any theme is allowed. It doesn't have to be
published today as you have until 23.55 on Friday 2nd
January 2015 to join in. Grab my badge below for your blog post. Just
make sure it is your photo and you hold the copyright for it. I'll
share my favourites with you next week and remember I do like a bit
of a tale to go with a photo!
We have a similar one at the end of our street, but that isn't the tree in your picture x
