Spring into summer with Ryvita

How do you eat your Ryvita? Spread with something simple like cream cheese or peanut butter? Perhaps you just have it plain on its own. Ryvita have come up with some tasty ideas which will help you #springintosummer and inspire you try something a little different.

There's a great choice in the Ryvita range now. I was invited to try the Sunflower Seeds & Oats, Pumpkin Seeds & Oats plus also the Fruit Crunch Crispbreads. When I saw the recipe for the Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream Sandwich I knew this was going to be winner with my troop.

I used seedless raspberry jam to spread on the Fruit Crunch Crispbreads. Since I have a glut of strawberries in my garden at the moment I replaced the fresh raspberries with them. It's quick and simple to put together and a lovely pudding for these balmy evenings. The Fruit Crunch Crispbreads are more than an ordinary ice cream wafer with the addition of currants, seeds and a drizzle of honey.

If you don't fancy something sweet then there are some savoury options as well. Glam up some fish fingers by serving them with Sunflower Seeds & Oats Crispbreads to create Crunchy Fish Finger Ryvitas with Crushed Peas and Tartare Sauce. If you've got some roast chicken left over don't let it go to waste. Instead give it try with Rocket, Radish and Roast Chicken with Salted Caramelised Pecans on Pumkin Seeds and Oats Ryvita. How do you like to eat your Ryvita?

I was sent the Ryvita to review. No payment has been made for this post. All words and photographs are my own.
